Electric Powder Spray K-III
Nikka K-III Spray is an electronic powder sprayer that can uniformly spray a small amount of powder without using any air.
This method uses high-pressure discharge (corona discharge) to spray the powder deposited on the roller.
K-Ⅲ spray is widely used both domestically and internationally, and approximately 2,000 units are used, mainly in film laminating industry.
Product Features
(1) The powder from the roller falls linearly and continuously, so it can be spread evenly in the width and flow direction.
(2) The amount of spray can be easily controlled by the number of rotations of the roller.
(3) Compared to air spray, less scattering
