Electric Powder Spray K-III
The "K-III" is a powder spray system that allows for
uniform trace spray with no use of air.
In this system, high voltage discharge diffuses the powder from
the surface of a roller, and the spraying volume can easily be adjusted
by rotation of the roller. The "K-III" model has been in widespread
use around the world with sales track record of approximately
2,000 units mainly within the lamination industry.
・Linear powder dropping from the roller allows for uniform spray in the width direction.
・Superior repeatability. The spray volume is controlled by changing the roller’s rotation speed.
・Less scattering and drips compared with an air spray.
・Easy maintenance due to its simple structure.
