Installed in commercial web offset printing presses, it improves problems that occur at the folding section by applying softening liquid to the folding lines.
It is possible to improve back cracks that cause missing pages in saddle stitching, and to improve fold bulges that cause stacker paper alignment problems.
The nozzle head that discharges the softening liquid is non-contact with the web and is equipped with an automatic shutter to prevent liquid dripping when not in use.
